- we’ll schedule a two-hour window to come do a full diagnosis to confirm the problem and give you a firm quote
- 85% of the time we’ll have the part on hand to complete the repair in that same visit
- we fully guarantee that our work will solve your appliance problem
- If you decide not to have the repair done, then you will just owe the diagnostic/service call fee of $125*
*Stacked laundry and built-in refrigerators may add $65 to the service call charge, depending on how much the appliance needs to be moved to do the diagnostic work. Additional appliances will incur diagnostic fees of $45-95 each, depending on the amount of work needed.
