I've just replaced the belt in my T760 (thanks to all who have posted here, especially scuba). It took about 30 minutes start to finish. There was a white plastic coating on the nut on the back of the drum which came off using a sharp knife. There was no need to undo any wires at all - I laid the machine on it's front, and removed the back with all connections intact while keeping the corner where all the wires run close to the main body of the machine. I'd replaced the rollers a few years ago and they were still fine. ASKO in Australia don't supply anything (springs, etc) with the belt, and they refuse to help with any instructions unless you're an "authorised service agent", so this forum was a life (and money) saver! Thanks again to all for sharing knowledge and experiences.

Have to say that overall, I'm not very impressed with the dryer - since new, it has always shut off before the load is fully dry regardless of the setting. Asko say "that's the way it is", and there's apparently no fix apart from running it for a timed 40 minutes after the auto cycle has ended. On the other hand, the W660 washer has been excellent.

Oh, and I could really use a copy of the T760 service manual if possible please.. and one for a W660 washer, although (touch wood) it hasn't missed a beat in the 8 years we've had it.

My email is davidray56@yahoo.com and I would dearly appreciate a copy of the Asko T700 Dryer service manual. Also, do you have the service manual for the W600 washer by Asko?
