I purchased a "like new, used very little" DCS Stove model number RDS-364GDSS-L and serial number 02H34267C. I think the Registerartion card had not even been filled out yet. 4 gas burners with griddle in the middle and a electric convection oven. It looks identical to this one (it may even be the same but just a earlier year model): http://www.dcsranges.com/item_name_DCS-Gas-Range-36-Inch-Dual-Fuel-Propane-Gas-Range-W-Griddle-By-Fisher-Payk_path_10246_item_4670.html When we got it home (@ 3 weeks ago) everything was working fine. About 4 days ago the igniters were firing and lighting the burners but they would not burn on high....only about medium heat. After about 10 minutes they went back to working fine. I resolved this was probably just a fluke. About 2 days ago igniters firing and lighting burners but igniters kept firing. Tried many different combinations: light one burner; light all burners...nothing changed: igniters (all four, which is normal) firing constantly even after burners are lit....would not stop firing (clicking). Hit the internet: started investigating and read all sorts of problems/symptoms and solutions. Have thus far cleaned igniters; unplugged and replugged stove; cleaned around burners and simmer plates very good (though they were not dirty at all....stove used very little prior our purchase) and nothing has helped. Could unplug stove and manually light eyes but then oven won't work....plus, don't think it's very safe to do this. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, especially if I understand "how" something works. Am certainly talented enough to "replace" something if I'm told how, or shown how, well. Obviously, I'd like to begin process of elimination with least costly possible solution first. Your wisdom and expertise is greatly appreciated. MarkWellsCC mwellscc@aol.com

First thing to do is verify your electrical outlet "polarity" is correct - hot to ground 120v, neutral to ground zero

If polarity is wrong, could it have worked properly for a while.....would it have not worked improperly from the onset of plugging it in? Because it was working when we moved it in a couple of weeks ago. This just started about 3-4 days ago.
