Interesting, a tech is working on one of these wonderful washers in a tech only forum....here is his reply to the same problem on the same unit, thought might be worth posting in here. "Followup: i tried the door and that was not the problem....turned out to be a broken push-to-start switch. I thought it was a momentary switch, but if you held it in the unit would run. The new switch was a click-click positive on/off type, pretty flimsy looking. It's hard to figure why one of these would fail in mid-cycle."
