 I'd have to say that the behavior was exactly the same as when the water was turned on.

It's a fully automatic cycle so I couldn't just try the spin, but starting at the beginning of the cycle it drained, then agitated a few times while trying to fill, then shut-off and returned to the blinking Start button, LCD on Wash, and door unlocked.
