 Thanks guys for the follow-up.

It's that I just hate to have to charge my customer over a $100 for a part if I can change out a t-stat or damper for a 1/4 to 1/2 that amount, but probably in the long run this is a better solution in this case, it wasn't the easiest job to get the damper control to dismount from the wrapper to replace the t-stat. The damper control unit is all glued to the surround wrapper.
