The machine did have the updated motor and control board. You would not believe it. There was enough change left in the machine from someones pockets that it got past the pump and clogged the output hose. There were no error codes that pointed to slow drain. Anyway, there was so much change in the outlet hose that I had to drive it all out with a pipe. Machine works like a champ now.
