a new board will take care of your problem. the blue wire is unused, its a tachometer that is used when used as an evap motor. For future reference the white wire is common, the red is constant 13vdc and the yellow is the speed signal from the board. the wire colors change in the harness so i cant tell you which wire colors you will see at the board but the wiring sheet can clear that up for you. In this scenario before i replace the board, i rob power by jumping from the speed signal wire for the evap motor at the board. This way you can test the fan motor to make sure it isnt shorted before you install and ruin a new board.
