MY grandfather purchased this microwave approximately 2 years ago. The microwave portion of the unit works great. The issue is the convection oven. He began to notice his food was not being cooked as fast in convection mode. Checks with an oven thermometer shows the oven does not heat up to the temperature input on the keypad. If you tell it to go to 400 degrees it will only achieve about 325 degrees. Can this be adjusted in any manner? Thanks for any and all replys.
