 bielick,

Did you ever find the solution to your ice-spitting fridge?  Today my Monogram fridge did the same thing - automatically started spitting out ice.  We were able to get it to stop by opening the freezer door and then by locking the touch-screen control panel.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
