Cannot find the service manual for this model......you will need to get into the innerds of this unit...remove the grates, then the burner caps, remove the hex tube holding down the burner base, then remove the top............. There should be the wire schematic under the top ............the X position is #2 in the service manual......Extra-low burner...... the other Extra-low burner is towards the front, position #5 One test is to switch the pair of wires on the fuel solenoids....... the other test is to switch the connectors on the potentiometers, ( the small circuit boards on the knob shafts ) ..... Most of the time it is the potentiometer but once in a while it will be the solenoid...... The last unit I worked on ( a cooktop ) the potentiometer was N.L.A. you got a kit... solenoid and a new pot..... Keep us posted............
