 The instructions for this forum said to leave out the 110. that's why I did not post it.

The full # is 110.76932692.

I already replaced the hi and low thermostat and that did not do it. I checked the continuity of both and they look OK.

There is no problem with airflow as the back of the dryer put out lots of air. Lint screens and the venting has all been cleaned and the air flow to the outside is fine.
