I have a GE Monogram 48" SxS refrigerator. Model number ZISS48DRISS. Yesterday my wife and I were watching TV when the ice dispenser starts shooting ice all over the floor. I thought the switch was stuck so I went over and pushed the lever (the one you push with a glass) in and I could hear the switch click, and the dispenser kept pushing ice out. I let go, it stopped for about .5 seconds and then continued. This happens with ice, water, crushed ice, etc. I shut the power off to the refrigerator thinking that would reset it. Turned it back on and the dispenser didn't shoot ice out until I hit the lever. But I did notice that the lights on the display never went off. Like it was still activated. The only way I could shut it off was to disconnect the wiring harness above the freeze (under the little door, three wired connector). There is a main circuit board behind the access panel , but then I found out there is another in the freezer door itself. Any ideas how to figure out what the problem is? Anyone know of a way to get a service manual for this refrigerator? Being an engineer I know if I had that I could find the problem easy. Thanks Brian
