What's a typical charge (from a licensed plumber) to replace a thermal expansion tank? The only guy I can get to return my call wants about $275 to do it. Is that typical? (I'm in central PA.)

depending on size and type,
aren't they just connected to one pipe and they just "unscrew" from the plumbing ?

Here's some 5 Gallon Tanks

I'm trying to figure out what all is involved, and what a pro-fes-shun-al charges.

The guy that sold me this house was supposed to replace this tank. He chose the "cheapout" route and just added some air to the tank (surrounding the bladder inside), but it's full of water already. He has indicated he'll pay for the replacement, so I figure I'm better off letting a plumber deal with this one.
