Hey Great One of the East,

This dryer is hanging the clothes up while tumbling.  i never knew this was an available feature and it bothers my tenant.  Please advise on possible cause and repair options.

you need to replace the front upper felt seal. its nice to have a 3rd hand to lift up on the drum when you put the front panel back on. may want to put some grease on the rear bearing while you got it apart too

WOW!!! That's an excellent price, you get everything for just a few pennies more then the cost of just the rear bearing kit or front glide/seal strip alone.

What's the actual Frigidaire part# for that?

I see 5304457724 on the parts list but that comes up for the same kit but for 2002 and up models, (only thing different is front glide/felt and lower felt seal), and the kit is almost double the price of the above kit.

I agree with NCSU-- there's just no room for sexism in this forum!

A real renaissance man aren't you.  Must be your neighbors  girlfriend.

Did you know that dirt biking harms the environment by causing soil erosion and contributes to global warming with unnecessary carbon emissions?  How do you square this avtivity with the pastoral view of Shady Grove.  Think Globally-Live it Locally.

Aww, jeez, this was a light and funny topic, why'd you have to go plop a turd in the punch bowl? :elvis:

But you do make a good pernt about global warming. Here's a great video that explains what's really going on with global warming. I recommend everyone download and watch it:

Whew! You had me worried about you for a minute. You'd really like the movie. It's the latest from AJ-- "Fall of the Republic." Puts it all in context.

Come git you some pahts (as we say up here in Yankeeland).

I hand out free copies of Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny to those I think may benefit from reading it.

As an amateur astronomer I am well aware of the paucity of sunspots that usually preceed a period of global cooling.  Check out spaceweather.comhttp://www.spaceweather.com

Hey Samurai

How difficult will it be to replace the seal part #1261075 and washer control timer part #489.  Will I have to pull this stackable out of the closet?

Thanks

Steve
