Anybody have this problem before, 5 minutes into the start of the wash cycle the unit stops running and starts beeping. I turn it off and back on , hit start and follows through with the whole wash.  Also does anyone have a manual or error code guide?

Are there any Error Codes (flashing lights) ?

I'll PM the links to the service manuals ...

Page 6 of the Diagnostic Manual, it mentions how to turn off the automatic Restart feature so that the error codes appear.

The lit led's are a binery code, you need to decipher them via the tech sheet to verify failure

code 51

divertor top up fault

more than 6 attempts to top up the water level in the bowl

you need to check that its not siphoning out the water , more likely is the divertor is stuck or blocked, when its on recycle at the beginning you will prob find its pumping the water out the drain

Replaced Diverter Valve, no go same error...... you are correct in saying that it sounds like it is draining in the beginning..... but after i clear the error by shutting it off and turning it back on its runs a full cycle. Does anyone have the wiring diagram and or path of the 3 tubes for the diverter valve. It is only two wires one orange and one black, I am almost sure i put them back how they came off.

did you do this test from the Diagnostic Manual: ?

51 (001100100)Phase 5 and 6 Eco - Diverter Valve Fault

Action:

Turn the power off at the SmartDrive, but leave the power on at the wall,
then measure the voltage across the terminals of the wax actuator.

If a reading of 230V is acheaived, the Motor Control Module has failed
and both will need to be replaced.
