I'm working on a Kenmore Model # 110.45972400. Customer said unit will not start. I went out and unit was clicking from the user interface board. Then the unit gave a DL/ F code. I took the top off to get a look around and the unit started

. I'm thinking the CPU , but I'm wondering if anyone has seen this problem.

Could of been just a terminal on the C.C.U. not making full contact or oxidization on the contacts...You looking /moving the wires did the trick for now...... Terminals for the lock assy. would be the place to start to look....... Does anybody use a corrosion inhibitor on the contacts?? ( like De-ox or Corrode Cure?? most of my customers are with-in 1/2 mile of the beach

) .................. I have a 110.45972401, ( 2 years old ) " Not Working" (nice complaint) tested the unit in diagnostic...... No problems detected...Ran a load and F/06 displayed..... during the tumble cycle.......... I hate F/06, I checked all the connections, every thing looked O.K. But, It's a recall today............... (Now it is a race to complete their unit first).......

never seen Fdl code be anything except a bad CCU. you can get it work temporarily by wigging the wires going to it.
