he3t control panel dead   model# 110.4292220  what part is control board?

Customer lives an hr away and I want to have some solutions on truck. Control panel will not light up. Machine is dead and outlet is fine. Any thoughts on which board and part#

The CCUs have been an Achilles Heel in this otherwise decent machine. But that's an expensive part to carry on the truck just to have on hand. But if you're getting voltage to the CCU and not display, then it really comes down to the CCU itself is bad or the touchpanel is bad. Not seen many touchpanels go bad but I've replaced lots of CCUs.

And you should edumucate your customer on the folly of wet appliances using electronics and the necessity of using surge suppressors with electronified appliances.

Thanks again. As tech sheet stated I plugged in and no click heard at CCU so replaced and machine was fixed.
