conflicting info. for tub seals and tools to replace tub seals......serial / series number is 13...I have not been to the customers house yet, 70 mi. round trip...thought I would take the seal kit, but seal kit part numbers change and so do the tools...( tools cost more then the job, right kit..wrong tools)....Rats/darn/.........Maytag tech bulletin TDL-0086-b calls for a forked spanner wrench needed. (35-2968)...........new kit calls for a large spanner p/n 22038313.......

Sears only shows Triple lip seal/bearing kit (series 10) Number: W10116791

Here's a Maytag Bulletin TDL-0060-B

that mentions the "old" triple lip seal kit 12002140

and the "new" Triple Lip Seal and Bearing kit 12002470

and shows both wrenches

Maytag Bulletin TDL-0086-b is for CW9505W :huh:
