My washer keeps tripping the imbalance load switch. I looked at the damper pads and it seems like the one in the back is worn or at least the tub seems to move easier in that direction. I was looking at the procedure on how to replace them and it says to remove the nuts on the three eyebolts. My washer does not have eyebolts my springs connect to the chassis. So what is the procedure for this washer?

I thought Amana was more like Maytag and used damper pads. After looking closer I see that Amana uses a snubber pad (at least I think that is the correct part) in the base of the machine. Does anyone know how to remove the old one. It does not look as easy as Maytag's damper pads.
