The machine is not even 2 monthes old.  was doing a medium load (3 jeans, 3 sweatshirts).... when on spin cycle starting bang bang banging like crazyyy!!  When i opened it up, i could spin the basket what seemed a little too much (back and forth). when i spun it, it would hit the one side it would bang just by me moving it. did some lurking on here.  thought maybe it was the coupling - nope. i tried turning the coupling clockwise on the tranny and i could turn it clockwise until i hit a super hard spot that was tryin to turn the basket out of round.  I assume that spot was where the bang was coming from.  I took the transmission out.  When i turn the coupling clockwise now (with the tranny out) the clutch spins but the shaft does not. Is this normal?  How does the transmission work?  Ever so slightly the shaft will turn counter clockwise when i turn the coupling clockwise (and the clutch spins clockwise). but i can easily hold the shaft and sometimes it doesnt move at all.  Help me please.

thank you Great One
