  The Fabric softner dispenser has a really huge build up of black :poison:, seaweed Green :yikes:and yellow thick yucky stuff (I was given this washer from a neighbor). :P I am assuming the previous owner did not properly dilute the softner as they used it.  Is there something you can use to break up the grunge?  And How do you keep it from getting so yucky:silly:?  Thanks

It has a tendency to do that even if it is self diluting.  One other problem you'll find is it will have standing water in it often.  Just give it a good cleaning, you can pop off the center piece with the markings on it and run it through the dishwasher if need be.
