|
I have a rheem rgda 060 blower fan is going out will not start without me pushing it and it gets so hot it shuts down. I have tried to cross reffrence to get a new motor but no such luck. It is a 1/6 hp 2 speed, ge motor.
can anyone help i can get more info if needed

any part numbers or other numbers on the motor ?
... might that be a 3-phase *hp-1/6* rpm-1650* ?

Check to see if the capacitor is within 10% of the listed value. If the motor will not start without you turning it, the capacitor is a likely and cheaper suspect.

sorry it took so long to get back been busy at work.
ok here is the info in the motor mod 5ksp29kk1722s part# 51-2182-01.
1/8 hp 2 speed. no cap on the motor.
