m/  jgbp35wej1ww i think this thing is a POS  now i know it is for sure anyways i was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a wiring diagram or schematic for this.

anyways i think this site is great ive tried to get information on the trouble codes from the manufacturers but they refused me flat out.  its nice to see there is light out there considering ive been trained in repairing HVACR and work as a service tech in the field (sorry venting)

The most common hiding places for these diagrams are either inside the control panel or tucked in the pots drawer compartment-- you have to pull the drawer all the way out, sometimes to taped to the back of the pots drawer.

Failing that, you can always buy a replacement diagram from GE for $11. 1-800-GE CARES (the alternate number is 1-800-GE SUCKS).

Many problems can be repaired without using the wiring diagram. Depending on the problem, this may be the case with yours.

thx man,  I havent pulled the stove apart yet to find it.  the lovely customer support specialist told me that this information  is "just not available for the homeowner" even when i asked her if i could order it she just said she couldnt give this information out or the company could be liable (but they can sell parts to the public what a crock)
