Read this thread, give the moisture repair program link, http://applianceguru.com/forum1/2680.html Important Change to 4th Year Moisture Program On any service call for any failure on the listed models/serial numbers, please call customer relations once the diagnosis is complete at 1-800-437-9283, prompt 1. The serial number range on the affected models has been expanded to include all serial numbers from AA2-ZD2. Read this thread, your model number is in the list, need to see what your serial number is. also there is a class action lawsuit in Florida on these boxes.

Surprised you got nice human, they usually deny there is any problems and say you have to pay for a service call and tech will decide.......let us know how this turns out....

The insulation in the doors are not thick enough, the whole door is full of ice, and every thing ices over and rusts, and there you go with moisture and mold. Ice door stucks open which makes it worse. They will either replace the doors with thicker doors or replace the whole frig, depends on what the tech finds and the repair history on the frig.
