Hi,

Here's a weird one.

This customer's complaint is that the D/W doesn't heat the water during the wash cycle and doesn't dry the dishes at all at the end.

They want it fixed in one visit. I guess when you turn 35 time doesn't exist anymore. At least not to meet a technician for diagnosing purposing.

If I can do it in one visit, the job is mine, whatever the cost. (Well, maybe not whatever). If not, they're just going to replace it when they get back from Japan.

All you super experienced techs out there can help by suggesting what parts I would want to have on my truck to get this done.

Let's forget the computer.

I think the element, maybe the relay and???

I know this is a tough one, but maybe this unit is notorious for this problem and it's "this or that".

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Bruce

Given their conditions, take a heater, control board and thermostat. Replace all three. Don't even bother troubleshooting. Problem solved.
