Hello,   My 15 month old Monogram side by side is not cooling it is staying around 50 degree's.  I ran the diagnostic check, it failed on Fresh Food display 3  "Communication check between temperature control and dispenser.  Please let me know how to proceed.   Thanks

Get an accurate temperature reading in the freezer. Post here.

Also, reach inside the freezer compartment to the very back. Feel/see any fuzzy ice built up there?
