problem is dispenser won't open during normal operation. i put 120v test cord on coils and it opened fine.k3 relay also operates fill and drain , they work fine so k3 is ok. only leaves q2 triac. am i correct and if so . how to test .thanks.

sounds good... Triacs can be tricky to test ..

just replace it ..
