I placed the thermocouple from my data logger between two packages of frozen chicken over the weekend. The attached graph shows the temperature variation. I don't believe the accuracy of the simple setup I purchased is claimed to be any better than plus or minus 1 degree C. Do you believe I am getting as good a result on temperature control as my refrigerator is intrinsically capable of? Thanks! Attachment: Capture.JPG (Downloaded 11 times)

looks good to me, also must consider where the Freezer Thermistor is actually located, and any Freezer/Fridge Door opening times, and the Defrost Heater times ...
