Lower oven of double oven will not heat up. Happened before and the service tech said the door had been open too long, entered a code and reset the oven. When the oven goes off warranty do want have to pay for this type of service. Do you know how to rest the oven?

If it shuts down again, put the control into diagnostic mode and clear the error code to restore operation.

I put the oven into diagnostic mode and the following came up:

Version 4.0.7

DKC 4.0.0

QM 005

Eeprom 161

EE CRC 7965

I then pushed the COOK TIME and STOP TIME together, heard 2 beeps but nothing changed, the error codes still comes up. Can you help?
