To install a new t-stat in the proof oven, you need to remove the left top assembly..............Removing the venturi sounds easy........
............ The venturi did not budge, I told the customer that something was going to break and he said O.K. Order the parts but fixitnow..................
I ordered the parts before work started.
I took a dremel tool with a cutter number 199 and cut down into the throat 3/8 of an inch....around in a circular pattern. The depth of the cutter....................
The spill tray removed
After removing the spill tray, the fuel line is removed and nut is removed from the jet holder...I replace all of the burner parts, THEN, I replaced the oven thermostat.....
Re assemble all of the parts and silicone the spill trays last, just in case you have to remove the tray to adjust the oven botton sub assy.......................... added afew CR/LF 's Last edited on Mon Apr 20th, 2009 12:08 am by RegUS_PatOff |
