Does any have a service manual for a Gaggenau eb964-610 Convection Oven.  The oven is taking a very long time to heat up and does not maintain temperature.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have a marginally-helpful training manual. PM me your email address and I'll send it to you in all its PDF glory.

Thank you for the training manual.  It helped correct the issue I had with the display, however, I still have an issue with convection.  The convection heat takes 30 minutes to get to 300F and will not get any hotter.  I am going to test the convection element, but I was wondering if this is a common issue.  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
