Customer complained wouldnt bake. I arrive and no spark at ignitor. Try to broil and no go. Try to broil again within 3 mins and wallllaa , electrode sparks and broil lights. Try to bake again and holy heck a loud buss siren sound comes from down near gas valve and again no clicking or sparking at bake electrode. Any ideas? Just the bake electrode or both safety valve and electrode???

Check for a pinched wire from the power source to the electrode. I've seen it many times on this style unit.
